By using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this service.

Service Operator

This service is operated by Ankit Maan, an individual travel facilitator based in Narwana, Haryana, India. This is not a registered company, travel agency, or business entity.

Nature of Service

This service provides travel planning and coordination assistance for the Chardham Yatra pilgrimage. The service includes:

• Travel planning and itinerary guidance
• Accommodation coordination and recommendations
• Transport assistance and route planning
• General information about the pilgrimage
• On-ground coordination support (where applicable)

Important Limitations

No Official Affiliation

This service is NOT affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by:

• Any government authority or department
• Any temple authority or religious institution
• Any official booking portal or government website

Temple Access and Darshan

All temple entry, darshan timings, and temple-related activities are managed solely by temple authorities. I have no control or influence over:

• Temple entry permissions
• Darshan availability or timings
• Temple policies and regulations
• Weather conditions affecting temple access

Service Availability

All services are subject to:

• Availability of accommodations and transport
• Local regulations and government policies
• Weather conditions and natural circumstances
• Temple authorities' policies and schedules

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is discussed and agreed upon individually based on your specific requirements. All costs will be clearly communicated before any commitment. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon separately.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their travel requirements
• Complying with all local laws and regulations
• Following temple authorities' rules and guidelines
• Their own safety, health, and well-being during travel
• Obtaining necessary permits, documents, and insurance

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• I am not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes beyond my control
• I am not responsible for temple access, darshan availability, or temple policies
• I am not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience during travel
• Users participate in travel at their own risk

Force Majeure

I shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, temple closures, or other unforeseen events.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this service will be resolved through good faith discussion. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Narwana, Haryana, India.

Modifications to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
